Luckily,I was invited to a private party last month arranged by my neighbor Alice. This was a different kind of experience for me as the leading role in this party was not my neighbor but her dog, a two-year old Samoye, whose name was ‘Tea-egg’.
The party was organised marking the birthday for Tea-egg, and some of his followers as well as their owners were invited to the party place: a big pet store nearby our community. As these owners both shared everything related pet feeding which had created a strong bond with each other, and accordingly, she invited them to this party. For me, I liked Tea-egg and sometimes I took care of him when his owner had to work over time. Thus, I was one of the guests and met several pets: Samoye, Golden retriever, Shiba Inu, Kolkie, I mean, there was a display for pets.
I was amazed at the party arrangement. It began in the evening with light snacks and soft drinks for people. Apart from that, a pupcake for Tea-egg and his peers had been prepared. Each pet wore a party hat to identify them, then the show started. The first theme for this party was running contest that was a fun walk in a temporary track in this store. In this game, winners would receiv ehandmade ceramic dog bowls as the prize. The top dog was a five years old Golden retriever and my neighbor tea-egg ranked the third place among ten dogs, not bad. What attracted me was taking photograph for the pets. Obviously, myneighbor Alice was the expert among all the photographers as she founded anaccount in social media for her pet tea-egg which had a lot of followers who like this cute boy.
For me it was a big opportunity to pet dogs, I knew most dogs are comfortable beingpetted on the chest, the shoulders and the base of the neck. Most of dogs were petted by me except a kolkie who seemd as a scaredy cat, however, I still thought she was cute. After this dog party , I also learnt much experience for feedinga dog from other guests and I considered it seriously—what about to have a dog of myself? The answer would be a big YES.
